These terms explain use of the PointUp EDU website and the membership terms described below. PointUp EDU is operated by PointUp Edu, LLC.
Website information and availability
Our website describes learning programs, community opportunities and services for individuals and organizations. Availability, delivery format and participation requirements are explained with each offering.
Joining a waitlist or sending an inquiry does not enroll you, create a paid membership or guarantee a launch date. We will provide the available offer and its applicable terms before you decide to purchase.
Annual membership
When paid membership opens, the advertised annual membership price is $149 USD per year, automatically renewing.
Your paid membership begins when you purchase. The checkout will identify the amount charged, any applicable taxes, the renewal terms and the benefits available with that purchase. Membership is not purchased by joining a waitlist.
You may turn off automatic renewal at any time before your next renewal. Doing so prevents future renewal charges and allows you to retain access through the membership year you have paid for.
Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable after purchase, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Turning off automatic renewal does not refund the current membership year. Your access continues until that paid year ends.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Other courses, workshops and organization programs
Some specialist courses, workshops and events are offered separately from membership. Inclusion, price and any additional conditions will be shown with the offer before purchase.
School, company and organization arrangements may have separate written terms covering delivery, group access, facilitator materials and pricing. An individual membership does not by itself grant an organization a multi-user or redistribution license.
Respectful participation
Use our website and community services responsibly. Do not impersonate another person, share another person’s private information without permission, harass others, upload malicious material or attempt to interfere with security or access controls.
Respect the privacy of people participating in learning activities and groups.
Learning materials
PointUp and its content partners retain their respective rights in website content and learning materials. Access to materials does not transfer ownership. Do not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute or give others access to protected materials without permission or an applicable legal right.
Educational purpose
Our content supports learning and personal development. It does not promise a particular employment, income, academic, health or personal result. General educational content is not a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
External services
Some features may take you to another provider’s website or service. Review the terms and privacy information presented there. Additional services are not included in a PointUp purchase unless the offer expressly says they are.

We may update these website terms as our services change and will identify the effective date of the updated version. Changes to an existing paid subscription, including renewal pricing, will be communicated as required by applicable law. These terms do not authorize undisclosed additional charges.
