PointUp Edu

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

PointUp Edu, LLC (“PointUp,” “we,” “us”) operates the PointUp EDU website. This policy explains how we handle information associated with website inquiries, interest lists and communications.

This website policy does not describe every data practice of the PointUp app or a school’s learning program. Any additional notice applicable to those services should be provided before their separate information collection begins.

Information you provide

When you contact us or use an available website form, we receive the information you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, organization, location or community interest, and the contents of your inquiry.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information, student records or other sensitive information in a general website form or chat.

Information associated with website use

Our website is hosted on Webflow and uses outside services to deliver website content and features. Requests to these services can include technical information such as an IP address, browser information and the page requested.

How we use information

We use information submitted to us to respond to questions, discuss programs and organizational partnerships, handle requests about community participation, and provide the updates someone requests.

Joining an interest list is not a purchase or a guarantee of a place in a program. We use inquiry and waitlist submissions to answer your inquiry or send the launch updates you request, not to add you to advertising audiences or unrelated marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

Service providers that support our website and communications process information for those functions. Our contact form, launch waitlist and chat use HighLevel/LeadConnector to process the contact details, messages and consent choices you provide so we can respond to your inquiry or provide the launch updates you request. Other providers support website hosting and email delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, misuse or threats to people or our services.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us at support@pointupedu.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop receiving optional updates. Include enough information for us to identify the request, but do not email identity documents or other sensitive information unless we arrange an appropriate method.

We review inactive inquiries after 12 months and delete information we no longer need, while retaining records needed for service, legal obligations and opt-out requests. This is a review process, not a promise of automatic deletion. We may need to verify privacy requests. Any rights you have under applicable privacy law remain available to you.

Young people and school inquiries

General website inquiry and waitlist forms are for adults aged 18 or older. Parents, guardians and educators may inquire on behalf of younger learners. Please do not submit a child’s personal information or student records through a general inquiry or chat. Arrangements involving young learners require the applicable enrollment, consent and privacy process before participation.

Links to other services

Our website may link to scheduling, payment or other services operated by third parties. Their privacy notices explain how they handle information provided directly to them. For information about our website host, see Webflow’s privacy policy: https://webflow.com/legal/privacy.

Changes and contact

We will identify the effective date at the top of the published policy and post an updated version when our website privacy practices change. Where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@pointupedu.com.
