What you'll learn and create

A practical, no-jargon start that focuses on how AI shows up in ordinary life.

Everyday tasks

Use AI for real jobs

Try AI on everyday tasks such as drafting, summarising, planning and finding information.

Checking the work

Question what it tells you

Practise spotting mistakes and checking AI answers before you rely on them.

Privacy and responsible use

Use it with care

Learn what not to share, and how to use AI responsibly around other people.

An accessible entry offer. This workshop is not professional accreditation. The curriculum is still being developed, so topics and activities may be refined before any real session.

Who it's for

This session is for adults who want a practical, friendly introduction to AI in daily life.

Separate youth, adult and senior cohorts are planned. Only the adult sample session is shown here.

  • Adults who want to use AI with more confidence
  • People who are new to AI and want to learn alongside others
  • Learners who prefer an in-person group to learning alone
