A facilitated way to take Whole Being Foundations alongside others. The self-paced course keeps all 13 modules; the live cohort adds guided sessions that bring them to life.
The programme
Whole Being Foundations is educational. It is not therapy and it is not a diagnostic test.
Younger teens, older teens and adults take part in separate cohorts where appropriate. Exact age bands are set for each local session and are not yet confirmed.
Complete the introductory module as prework. Then join facilitated live sessions that mix teaching, reflection and application across the 13-module Whole Being Foundations curriculum, in a six-week cohort or a two-day intensive. Session length, spacing and module mapping are still to be confirmed.
A clearer picture of your strengths, interests, values and goals, and habits to practise across Mind, Body and Heart, supported by the PointUp app.
Format and membership
Sessions are planned around teaching, reflection and application. The live workshop includes the self-paced course. Completing the course and taking part in the live sessions are different things.
Draft structure. The facilitator and module mapping needs final approval before booking opens.
Local session choices
The programme is described above. An individual session, in a hub or online, appears here only when its date, price, places and facilitator are confirmed.
Local partners decide which workshops they offer. Register interest and we will tell you when a session near you is confirmed.
An online live cohort is possible. If you would prefer one, join the waitlist and tell us your age group.
Reserving a place
When it opens, you will choose a local session, review the price and what is included, complete the membership and account step, add participant details, then reserve and receive a confirmation. Before then we confirm dates, price, capacity, ages and guardian handling, membership entitlement, and cancellation and refund terms.
No payment is taken and no place is reserved. See the full joining path or the self-paced course.
