Three ways a Stay & Learn experience could work
Each format can be shaped with the partners involved. A local hub may host a travel experience, but a destination does not need a PointUp-owned hub.

Short workshop experiences
A focused workshop, such as AI, storytelling or leadership, taken in person at a destination, paired with local cultural experiences.

Longer academy learning programs
A longer program of study built around PointUp learning, with time in the destination alongside online work.

Study at a partner school
Time studying at a partner school. Housing is arranged separately, or bundled only where it has actually been agreed.

Example structure
A Las Vegas Stay & Learn experience
Intended audience
Youth (PointUp workshops start from grade 7) and adults, in separate groups. Age eligibility and any guardian or travel requirements to be confirmed.
Learning focus
Workshops planned for Las Vegas, such as AI Foundations and the Immersive Storytelling Lab, which could connect with the International Showcase.
Indicative duration
Days for a short workshop experience, longer for an academy program. Exact length for discussion.
Accommodation options
Homestay or other partner-arranged housing, once confirmed. No hosts, rooms or transport are secured.
Who delivers what
Each part has its own provider
PointUp does not operate every school or accommodation. Once an experience is confirmed, each component is named with the organization that delivers it.
Learning
PointUp programs and workshops, or a partner school or learning provider. Named once confirmed.
Housing
A host family, housing partner or other provider. Named once confirmed. Never assumed.
Local hosting
A local hub or partner may host, but a destination does not require a PointUp-owned hub.
Travel
Transport and travel documents are not included unless an agreement says so.
Nothing here promises admission, visas, school credit, supervision or accreditation. Each of these is confirmed with the providers involved.
