Twelve 90-minute sessions where small teams find a real problem, design and test a solution, and pitch it. One workshop that builds leadership and entrepreneurship together, with separate younger-teen, older-teen and adult cohorts.
How the workshop runs
Each team moves through four phases across the twelve sessions, working on a problem it chooses and cares about.
Research a real problem worth solving, and who it affects.
Shape a solution and build a costed prototype.
Gather test evidence, then make and explain a decision.
Present your pitch and leave with a plan for the next step.
What learners produce
Every team finishes with a set of tangible pieces it can share with family, mentors and partners.
Designed for different learners
The workshop is built on four educational design principles so that different kinds of thinkers can lead.
These are educational design principles. They are not clinical treatment, and no specific results are guaranteed.
Cohorts
Each cohort runs separately. In the draft model, teams of three work together and a cohort holds up to four teams.

Workshop details
Programme information is kept separate from scheduled sessions, so the same workshop can run at several hubs.
Younger teens, older teens and adults, in separate cohorts. Ages are specific to this workshop. Roles start from each person's strengths, and speaking, building, writing, researching and organizing all count.
Membership may be bundled with this workshop. What it includes is not confirmed yet, so nothing is promised here.
No confirmed sessions yet. Each hub lists dates, price, places and facilitator only once they are confirmed. Until then, register interest or join a waitlist.
This is educational programming, not clinical treatment, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. See how joining will work.
For partners
Local organizations, employers and community groups can take part by offering a real problem for teams to work on, an approved contact for interviews, or a decision-maker to hear the final pitches. Sponsorship, scholarships or space are opportunities we would be glad to discuss; none are secured today.
